My Story

I’m a finicky coffee enthusiast who needed the skills to support the habit.

For 6 years I worked as a special education teacher. After the world shut down in 2020, our 3 kids at home needed me as their teacher, so I made the switch from the school house to our house. No longer able to support the cost of my high end coffee affection, I sought to learn to roast my own, and here I am. What excites me the most is being able to share this with my local community.
